I know nothing about AI. Is that a problem?

Not at all. You never touch the technical side. An AI agent is like a digital employee that handles a job for you, and we set the whole thing up. You tell us how your business runs, we handle everything else, and whatever we build comes with simple instructions anyone on your team can follow.

How much does it cost?

The audit is free. If you decide to go ahead, most builds cost between $2,500 and $15,000 as a one time price, depending on how much we set up. You see the exact price in the plan before anything gets built.

Will we have to change the software we already use?

No. We build around what you already have, like your accounting software, your calendar and your inbox. Your team keeps working the way they already work.

Our work is custom. Can this still help?

Almost certainly. The work itself might be custom, but the quoting, booking, invoicing and follow ups around it repeat every week. That is the part we take off your plate. And if the audit finds nothing worth doing, we will tell you that too.

How long before something is up and running?

Most first builds are live within 2 to 4 weeks of you approving the plan. We start with whatever saves you the most time.

Is our client information safe?

Yes. Your information stays in the accounts you already own and control. We only use the access we need, and you keep every password and account in your name.
